BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as amended known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is hereby amended so as to amend certain conditions imposed by Ordinance No. 10539 on the following tracts of land: Property located at 1834 and 1836 Gunbarrel Road, being property described in Deed Book 4713, Page 936, ROHC, Tax Map No. 159A-A-005 and 006. SECTION 2. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that this rezoning shall be subject to the following conditions: 1. Growth Corridor Design Standards; 2. Attached landscape conditions; 3. The development shall have one driveway from Igou Gap Road, subject to the approval of the Traffic Engineer; 4. Dedication of an additional right-of-way along the Igou Gap Road frontage to provide 40 feet from centerline; 5. Construction of curb and gutter and a five foot wide sidewalk along the Igou Gap Road frontage. Offset from the existing edge of pavement to be determined by the City Engineer and City Traffic Engineer; and 6. All existing easements are retained. SECTION 3. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this Ordinance shall take effect two weeks from and after its passage, as required by law.
